FORESTRY PAGEANT

The deadline to enter is March 13, 2008 or unless other arrangements have been made.

 The Pageant will be held Baconton Charter School in Baconton, GA. (directions can be provided)

APPLICATION FOR LOCAL FORESTRY PAGEANTS

AGE DIVISIONS:

BABY MISS AGES 0 TO 1 YEAR

TEENY MISS AGES 2 TO 3 YEARS

TINY MISS AGES 4 TO 6 YEARS

LITTLE MISS AGES 7 TO 9

JUNIOR MISS AGES 10 TO 12 YEARS

TEEN MISS AGES 13 TO 16 YEARS

MISS AGES 17 TO 24 YEARS

ENTRY FEES:

Baby Miss through Teen Miss is open to all counties.  The Miss category is open to contestants that reside or attend school or college in Mitchell, Baker, Worth, Dougherty, Colquitt, Thomas, Grady or Decatur county. Winners will receive their entry fees paid to the State Forestry Pageant that is held in Tifton, GA in June 2007.  Entry fee for the Baby Miss thru Teen Miss is $60.00 plus one $25.00 Good Luck ad for the program.  These can be from friends or a business.  Business cards or what you want the ad to say must be turned in with the application.  The entry fee for the Miss division is $75.00 plus one $25.00 Good Luck ad.  (same as above)

Teen Miss and Miss Contestants will have a private interview that will take place before the pageant.

Prettiest Dress,  Prettiest Smile,  Most Beautiful,  Photogenic, Best Personality

People’s Choice and Miss Hospitality – No Entry Fee.

SUPREME PACKAGE:  $100.00 EVERYTHING (Baby thru Teen Miss)

$110.00 EVERYTHING MISS DIVISION

There is no Entry Fee for Hospitality if you sell at least 10 ads.  Sell ads to your friends or businesses. 

People’s Choice votes are $1.00 each.  Money will be turned in at the People's Choice Table at the Pageant.  Votes can be made from now until the intermission of the pageant. The Contestant with the most votes in the entire pageant will receive lots of prizes.

PRIZES:     Queens will receive crown, embroidered sash, trophy, flowers, gifts, and a savings bond.  All queens will receive their entry paid by the pageant to the Georgia Forestry State Pageant to held in Tifton in June 2007.  Queens will be asked to make appearances at parades, festivals, schools, and much more.  All contestants not placing will receive a trophy.  The number of applications will be limited and as they are received with the last contestants entering going first and the first contestants entering going last.
